The System is supplied as fully assembled signs. Available in both silver anodised and painted finishes. All profile sizes are available to make up door signs, directory signage as well as suspended and projecting. The availability to the trade will now give entrance into the top end architectural sign market where increased profits can be made. A full screen printing or vinyl applied service is available along with DDA applied Braille and Tactile graphics where required.
The components of the system are manufactured from high quality, finely toleranced, aluminium extrusions which, when machined to size, interlock together using the precise dovetail feature. One of the benefits of this interlocking dovetail system is that any individual profile will interlock with itself or any other profile to provide the designer greater flexibility,
Once assembled a sign is very slim at just 6mm total depth with no visible fixings and no side frame. Even signs requiring text on both sides maintain the slim 6mm depth.
There is a comprehensive range of text profile sizes within the system from 15mm to 150mm with connecting profiles allowing sheet materials to be integrated for larger panels or other materials when required. There are also a variety of feature profiles to add emphasis, and fixing profiles for suspending and projecting.
The same components are used in both single or double sided signs. All signs have a concealed locking device securing the profiles and preventing tampering whilst allowing changes to be made easily when required.
As the system does not require side frames or carrier panels there are few size restrictions for signs and profiles can be added or removed at a later date as required, enabling the signage programme to be kept fully up to date.
